CNB Standards of Practice:
You are considered as a Valuable Player for Cricket New Brunswick and your Behavior and Attitude are essential elements of your performance while representing Cricket New Brunswick in the Cricket Canada National Tournament during Departure/Hotel/Field/Arrival.
1. Performance Measurement:
You will be rated based on your overall performance based on the following metrics.
1. Batting
2. Bowling
3. Fielding
4. Catching
5. Cardio/Fitness
6. Effort on Field
7. Attitude
8. Respect
9. Team Support
*Your Final Performance Grades will be provided to the Following CNB Board of Directors:Â

2. Team Manager Expectations:
Your Assigned Team Manager will provide you a clear plan based on your hotel stay/cut off times, scheduled matches and also for meals and transportation.
4. Removal from Team/Tournament: Following is the criteria where you could be removed from the team/tournament.
1. Attitude
2. Behavior
3. Dissent
4. Discipline
5. Team Support
5. Injury/Sickness/Non-availability/Disagreements/Complaints: You are to report to your assigned Team Manager in regards to any of the above mentioned.
6. CNB Representation: You are to represent CNB in the best possible light which includes but not limited to dealing with Other Team Members, Cricket Canada Staff, Umpire Association Staff, Ground Staff and Media Personnel.
